Coming soon

Our independent notary network.

Outside our travel area? We’re developing a directory where you can explore independent notaries by service area, view their fees, and visit their booking calendars.

Planned network states
Mississippi, Florida, South Carolina, and Alabama.
Notary listings and booking calendars are coming soon.

A platform for independent notaries
NG Signature Concierge LLC hosts the directory. Notaries listed in the network operate their own independent businesses and are not employees of NG Signature Concierge LLC. You choose and book directly with the notary, who sets their own fees and handles your appointment.

Requirements for network listings
Before a notary is listed, we require verification of their current notary commission, applicable certifications, and errors and omissions (E&O) insurance. Provider profiles will show the credentials verified for that notary.

The directory is not available yet. In the meantime, send your location and service needs to ask about our availability.

Are you a notary interested in joining?
We’d love to hear from independent notaries interested in our upcoming network. Send your name, state, service area, and details about your commission, certifications, and E&O insurance.
